1. Guest Cancellation

• 72 hours before check-in: 50% refund of advance
• Less than 72 hours: No refund
• Last-minute/no-show: No refund

2. Host/Property Cancellation

If the host cancels due to unavoidable reasons:

• Guests may receive full refund

• Alternative stay options will be provided (based on availability)

3. Date Changes

• Date changes allowed only once, and based on availability.
• Rate differences (if any) must be paid by the guest.

4. Early Checkout

No refund for unused nights once the stay has started.

MakStay acts as a booking facilitator connecting guests with property owners/hosts. While we verify properties, we do not own or operate them.

MakStay is not responsible for:

• Weather issues
• Unavailable amenities due to power cuts/local issues
• Host behavior beyond our control
• Temporary changes in property layout, decor, or facilities

Guests are responsible for verifying suitability before booking.
